SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIA

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $50 AUD.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $150 AUD.

FREE SHIPPING TO NZ on orders over $100 AUD.

$8 AUD Standard tracked shipping for orders under $50 AUD.

$12 AUD Express tracked shipping for orders under $50 AUD.

Orders placed by 11am will be shipped that day. Standard shipping typically takes 3 business days*. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week. Australia Post is our preferred supplier. All orders include tracking, and are sent  with 'Authority to Leave parcels', so that no signature is required. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note due to covid implications:

  • International orders can take up to 4* weeks in transit.

  • Some countries are not currently accepting parcels.

  • Parcels can be held up longer than usual by Australian and or overseas customs authorities

 

NEW ZEALAND

$9 Standard tracked shipping (allow up to 10 business days*) 

$15 Express tracked shipping (please allow up to 6 business days*) 

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES

$20 Standard tracked shipping (allow up to 16 business days*)

$30 Express tracked shipping (allow up to 10 business days*)

IMPORTANT: Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

* Shipping times may take longer if parcels are sent to regional or rural locations areas.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

MINI is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of MINI.​

FAULTY GOODS

If upon receiving your delivery, if there are any issues with your goods please notify hello@minihaircare.com.au immediately within 24 hours. All faulty stock will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of MINI. We may request images of the faulty goods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at, hello@minihaircare.com.au within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. 

Please return the product via Registered Post at your cost.. In doing so you will assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. MINI HAIRCARE FOR KIDS, will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
