CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

All orders are processed by 11am (EST). If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order, please contact us before 11am of that day. If we can help, we most certainly will. However, if you miss the cut off and your order has been sent, you will need to refer to our returns and refund policy here.

ARE YOUR HAIR CARE PRODUCTS MADE IN AUSTRALIA?

MINI is proudly Australian. Our manufacturing, marketing, sales and dispatch operates out of the sunny state of QLD. Our cosmetics formulators are based in WA, Australia. Supporting the cosmetics manufacturing industry within Australia is something that we are very proud of.

WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGING MADE?

Our packaging is made in china. We contract manufacture through an Australian based company which ensures that the quality of materials and manufacturing is of the highest standards. We ship our packaging via sea to reduce our carbon footprint, and only manufacture our packaging using materials that can be recycled in Australia.

 

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products have been scientifically proven to have a 12-month shelf life.

ARE THERE ANY SYNTHETIC INGREDIENTS IN MINI PRODUCTS?

NONE. Our products are made from 100% plant-based ingredients which are scientifically proven to be safer and gentler on children’s skin. We do recommend that prior to use, parents and or careers check each products ingredient listing to check for any known allergens their child might have. If you child has a reaction to one of our products, stop using the product immediately, seek medical advice and contact us at hello@minihaircare.com.au with any concerns.

DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

Absolutely not! We are a product supporter of the RSPCA.
